ICLR 2016 Registration Process

To register for ICLR 2016, you need to complete two steps:

  1. Complete the conference registration form.
  2. Pay the registration fee.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration and receive a refund, please send an email to iclr2016.programchairs@gmail.com as soon as possible.

ICLR 2016 is unable to refund Paypal service fees. If you request a refund, we will return a portion of your registration, less the service fees, according to the table below. No refunds will be made after 23:59 EDT, Sunday, April 17, 2016.

Before April 16 and less than 30 days after payment 100%
Before April 16 and 30 - 55 days after payment 50%
On or after April 16 or 56 or more days after payment 0%

In order to make reservations at our group rate, call the reservations department at 787-721-0303 ext 2156 or email reservations.caribe@hilton.com. You must make reference to group code: ICLR16.

Please be advised that the cutoff date for the group rate will be April 1, 2016. After this date, reservation requests and rates will be based upon availability. Please take advantage of this very favorable rate and book your room by the deadline.
