ICLR 2017 Registration Process
To register for ICLR 2017, you need to complete two steps:
- Complete the conference registration form.
- Pay the registration fee.
NOTE: Make sure to bring a physical copy of your receipt at the conference as a proof of payment.
The registration will give you:
- Access to all Conference and Workshop track sessions
- Lunch on Monday 24, Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26
- Gala dinner on Tuesday 25
We will be applying the following registration fees:
- Until March
2426, 11.59pm EST:- Early fee student: 400 EUR / 440 USD
- Early fee regular: 500 EUR / 550 USD
- From March
2527 till April 7, 11.59pm EST:- Late fee student: 500 EUR / 550 USD
- Late fee regular: 750 EUR / 825 USD
- After April 8, 11.59pm EST (no refund after this date):
- Really late fee student: 700 EUR / 770 USD
- Really late fee regular: 900 EUR / 990 USD
Visa Invitation Letter
If you mark the option “I need a Visa Invitation Letter”, the letter will automatically be sent to your email address. Please, make sure to check your spam folder in case you do not receive it.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration and receive a refund, please send an email to iclr2017.programchairs@gmail.com as soon as possible.
ICLR 2017 is unable to refund Paypal service fees. If you request a refund, we will return a portion of your registration, less the service fees, according to the table below. No refunds will be made after 23:59 EDT, Friday, April 7 2017.
