ICLR 2016 Registration Process
To register for ICLR 2016, you need to complete two steps:
- Complete the conference registration form.
- Pay the registration fee.
We will be applying the following registration fees:
- Until April 1:
- Early fee student: $500
- Early fee regular: $650
- From April 2, until April 17:
- Late fee student: $600
- Late fee regular: $850
- From April 18 (these fees are non-refundable):
- Really late fee student: $800
- Really late fee regular: $1000

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration and receive a refund, please send an email to iclr2016.programchairs@gmail.com as soon as possible.
ICLR 2016 is unable to refund Paypal service fees. If you request a refund, we will return a portion of your registration, less the service fees, according to the table below. No refunds will be made after 23:59 EDT, Sunday, April 17, 2016.

Hotel Reservations
Call the reservations department at 787-721-0303 ext 2156 or email at reservations.caribe@hilton.com for reservations at the Caribe Hilton. You can also try this link for the personalized group webpage for the Caribe Hilton.
The Group Rate at the Caribe Hotel is no longer available. There's a very limited number of rooms available at the rate of $209 for the nights of May 1st, 2nd & 3rd. The $209/night rooms will be available to our group until they're gone. Otherwise, the rates are around $240-250 or higher.
