Designated Official Exhibitor Services Contractor
FREEMAN is the designated official exhibitor services contractor at ICLR 2019 in New Orleans. Please refer to Freeman’s Online Service Kit or Freemans's Service Kit (PDF) for booth information, including rules, regulations and forms.
If you choose to use Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) for any service that is not exclusively provided, you must follow the procedure in section 9.
Ordering Materials Handling Service
Materials Handling Services will be exclusively managed by FREEMAN. Please notify your carrier and exhibit designer / producer. All advanced and onsite orders need to come through FREEMAN. Shipping and customs information is provided in section 7.
Ordering Rigging Service
Rigging will be exclusively managed by FREEMAN if you need rigging, please contact Freeman Exhibitor Services at FreemanNewOrleansES@freeman.com to make arrangements.
If you intend to have a hanging sign or graphics above your booth, you must contact Freeman Exhibitor Services at FreemanNewOrleansES@freeman.com to coordinate the installation.
Ordering Electrical, Plumbing & All Other Utilities Services
Electrical, Plumbing & All Other Utilities Services will be exclusively managed by New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO).
