Exhibitor Levels
Diamond $90,000 USD
You’ll be provided with an 36m2 (6m x 6m) island exhibit space with aisles on four sidesand a 6.1m height limit for rigged (a.k.a. hanging) signs and graphics.
You will have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations.
You will receive up to twelve (12) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference activities and up to fifteen (15) exhibitor badges.
You will also be provided with:
- Access to the ICLR 2026 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being recruited, and their CVs if available;
- Use of a lead scanning app; and
Use of a private room for team meetings or recruiting actrivities (by reservation).
Your Company’s logo will be prominently displayed on signage at conference venue, before keynote talks, and between streamed oral and spotlight talks.
Your Company’s logo will be displayed on the ICLR 2026 conference website with link to your Company’s recruiting and/or job postings website.
Six (6) Free Job Postings on the ICLR 2026 conference website during the conference. You may post
additional job openings on the ICLR 2026 Careers page for USD 100.00 per job posting.
Platinum $45,000 USD
You’ll be provided with an 18m2 (6m x 3m) split island or end-cap exhibit space with aisles on three sides, which shares a common back wall with another split island exhibitor or two side-by-side corner or back-to-back linear booth exhibitors; no rigged signs or decorations allowed; 2.5m structure height limit.
You will have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations.
You will receive up to eight (8) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference activities and up to ten (10) exhibitor badges.
You will also be provided with:
- Access to the ICLR 2026 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being recruited, and their CVs if available;
Use of a lead scanning app; and
Your Company’s logo will be prominently displayed on signage at conference venue, before keynote talks, and between streamed oral and spotlight talks.
Your Company’s logo will be displayed on the ICLR 2026 conference website with link to your Company’s recruiting and/or job postings website.

Gold $22,500 USD
You will be provided with a 9m2 (3m x 3m) linear or corner exhibit space, which shares a common back wall and, at least, one side wall with another exhibitor; no rigged signs or decorations allowed; 2.5m structure height limit.
OPTIONAL TURNKEY BOOTH DESIGN, SETUP and TEARDOWN, including customized graphics, furnishings. monitor, carpet and electrical outlets installed for an ADDITIONAL USD 12,500.

Silver (Academic Research Insitutions and Start-Up Companies Only) $12,500 USD
[To be considered for Silver level sponsorship as a start-up company, please complete the application in this package and return it to Andrea Brown at andrea.brown@aicons.org. To qualify as a start-up, your company must be less than three (3) years old.]

You will also be provided with:

Your donation will be designated to the ICLR Participation Support Fund and will be restricted for use in providing accommodations for individuals who might otherwise be excluded, and to support programs that champion fair, impartial and equal access to opportunities and resources in the ICLR research community.
Your Company’s logo will be prominently displayed as a provider of Participation Support Grants on signage at the conference venue, before keynote talks, and between streamed oral and spotlight talks
Ten (10) complimentary full-access registrations for all conference activities
Your Company’s logo will be listed on the ICLR 2026 conference website and mobile app as a Participation Support Fund Donor with link sot your Company's website.
Pacesetter Level - Participation Support Fund $60,000 USD
Your donation will be designated to the ICLR Participation Support Fund and will be restricted for use in providing accommodations for individuals who might otherwise be excluded, and to support programs that champion fair, impartial and equal access to opportunities and resources in the ICLR research community.

To start the application, it's helpful to gather some information up front. When you are ready, please Enter the Sponsor Portal » button to begin.
- Company PO number. If you need that invoice to have a PO number from your company on it, then you will need to add that PO number in section 3 of the application.
- Will you host an event? If you intend to host an event during the conference, you will be asked about the type of event you will host, your target audience, and how will attend. We collect this information so we can align our goals with yours.
- Branding. Our sponsor page highlights your company logo, provides a link to your website, and displays a paragraph about your company. You will be asked for each of these in various steps.
- Vector logo. We need a high-quality vector version of your logo in .pdf, .ai, or .svg format. This logo may be enlarged for a sponsor poster, so it is important that it be a high-quality image in vector format.
- Payment. Sponsorship and exhibitor payment is due by April 26, 2026, 4:59 a.m..
