Instructions

  • A letter of invitation is available here for in-person registrations after you pay.
  • If you are open to being recruited by a sponsor, see section 6.
  • Student Pricing is available to full time students.
  • Both the Conference & Workshops registration and the Workshop 1 Day Passes include the Virtual Pass for the entire conference.
  • Virtual Pass includes access to the Invited Talk, Oral and Workshop live streams and recordings

Affiliation

Student pricing is for anyone who is a full-time student at an accredited institution. You may need to present a valid student ID when you check in at the conference. Have your student ID ready to present.

Non-Academic pricing is for anyone whose expenses are being reimbursed by a non-academic institution or company.

Only purchase a guest ticket if you are bringing a guest. Your entrance to the reception is included in your regular registration. The guest ticket only includes the reception.

We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.

Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.

We are still in the process of adding several hotels to the site. At this time, we do recommend that attendees contact the housing team directly, as we do still have rooms available and will continue adding more inventory. The housing team manages requests in the order they are received and can place attendees on priority as additional rooms are released. It’s important the arrival and departure dates in the request.  The housing team can be reached at:
