Keynote: Racine Ly (AKADEMIYA2063)

I'm a researcher interested in using geospatial data and predictive modeling to study challenges at the nexus of climate variability and the food system in Africa. My work is oriented toward developing, adopting, and using technology to strengthen data-driven decision-making in governments for effective interventions and robust preparedness against climate shocks and uncertainties. I am currently the Director of data management, digital products, and technology at AKADEMIYA2063. Before that, I was an Africa-wide research coordinator at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) Africa office.
