Here’s how it works:

1. Prepare your poster: Ensure your poster is sized at 185 x 90 cm (landscape). You can use your own template or download our recommended template.
2. Supported formats: Upload your poster in PowerPoint or PDF format.
3. Submit and confirm: Log into the platform, enter your Unique ID, and verify your poster details.  To find your Unique Id log in and visit your posters metadata page.
4. Upload and pay: Complete the form, attach your poster file, and finalize your submission with payment.

This service is designed to save you time and ensure a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on your presentation.   This service is optional and you may use any printer for your poster.
