For $121, you can:

• Submit your poster online.
• Have it professionally printed and delivered directly to the venue.
• Simply collect it at the Poster Collection Point before your presentation— no need to travel with a poster in hand!

Here’s how it works:

1. Prepare your poster: Ensure your poster is sized at 185 x 90 cm (landscape). 
2. Supported formats: Upload your poster in PowerPoint or PDF format.
3. Submit poster here
4. Submit and confirm: Log into the platform, enter your Unique ID, and verify your poster details.  To find your Unique Id log in and visit your posters metadata page
5. Upload and pay: Complete the form, attach your poster file, and finalize your submission with payment.
