We are still in the process of adding several hotels to the site. At this time, we do recommend that attendees contact the housing team directly, as we do still have rooms available and will continue adding more inventory. The housing team manages requests in the order they are received and can place attendees on priority as additional rooms are released. It’s important the arrival and departure dates in the request. The housing team can be reached at:
iclrhousing@resiada.comAdvantages of booking within the group block include:
- Guaranteed negotiated group rates
- Terms aligned with the event
- Centralized support from the housing team for changes or issues
- Priority placement as additional rooms are released
- Staying within official conference hotels, which supports logistics and attendee experience and doesn’t compete with the conference. Booking through the official housing channel is strongly encouraged to take advantage of these benefits.
- For Those who booked through the block – we will be providing shuttle transportation
