ICLR 2026 Child Attendance Policy
Age 14 - 17: Minor Attendance

Nursing infants and children 14-17 can attend the conference for free with a guardian

The guardian needs to register

The minor does not need to register or create an account. They will receive their badge when they check in with their guardian

The minor will need to remain with the guardian at all times while in the venue

The minor can only attend events where alcohol is not served

The guardian will need to sign a waiver when they pick up their badge
Age 6 months - 12: On Site Child Care
We are excited to announce that KiddieCorp is back with us providing childcare services at ICLR 2026!
How to register your child for onsite childcare:
To receive child care services at the ICLR 2026 venue, please register your child via KiddieCorp's form below in advance of the conference. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis until we run out of space. Note that there is a USD $10 per hour per child fee this year.
Financial assistance for child care:
ICLR aims to support attendees with child care needs by paying in part or in full for child care services while they participate in conference activities. To apply for this form of assistance, please complete the Child Care Financial Assistance Application form below.
