Start / End Times for your Workshop

Your workshop will be streamed by SlidesLive.  In order for them to hire a streaming engineer for the active hours of your workshop, we need to know when your workshop starts and ends. We do not need to know, at this point, the details of what takes place in between the start and end. 

Please indicate the start and end times of your workshop schedule, if you have not already done so.  Visit https://iclr.cc/workshopapplications to confirm that you have set the time zone for the workshop schedule editor, then click the "Edit Schedule" button to edit your workshop schedule. One common way to indicate the start and end times is to add an "Opening Remarks" and a "Closing Remarks" to your schedule. Be sure to include the start and end times for each of them.

GatherTown

GatherTown Initial Space Creation Deadline: April 5, 2022.

GatherTown Poster Rooms Setup Complete Deadline: April 21, 2022.

Optionally, you may set up GatherTown poster sessions for your papers.  The general description of this process can be found on the Event Hosts wiki at https://wiki.eventhosts.cc/en/howto/gathertown/creating-a-gather-town-poster-session.  In order for GatherTown to have time to book the spaces we need to have the rooms created by end of the day April 5th.  Since this is a tight timeframe we will create some rooms which will be available for you to use or we will work with GatherTown to get this date moved.  Part of the process for setting up poster sessions is to import your papers from OpenReview or CMT or enter the data manually.

Importing Papers from OpenReview or CMT

The instructions for importing papers into your workshop can be found on the Event Hosts wiki at https://wiki.eventhosts.cc/en/howto/import-papers-cmt-or-openreview. Our team is willing to work with you in the Wednesday workshop organizer meetings to import your papers.
