Child Care at ICLR 2023 will be provided at no cost to attendees.

The registration deadline is March 31, 2023, and will be handled on a first-come first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive both the registration form and your credit card information to hold reservations. Although every effort will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrations, there is no guarantee, and it is not recommended.

Meals will be provided. However, if there are any special dietary needs beyond what is provided, parents will be responsible for bringing the additional snacks or meals for their child. 

CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOW & LATE FEES

There is no cost to utilize the children's program. 

Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive the registration form to hold any advance reservations. You are also welcome to register on-site, however, there is no guarantee and it is not recommended. 

Please register for only the days/times you will be needing childcare. We request you modify or reduce your scheduled times if a change is needed in order to allow more parents and children to utilize our childcare services.

CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE AWARDS

Child care assistance awards are available for parents who can't use the free onsite childcare, or have extenuating circumstances that require additional childcare funds in order to attend the ICLR conference, such as a child with special needs.
