• All requests submitted after these hours or over the weekend, will be responded to the following business day.

Transportation:

• Please ensure to book your airport transfer with the hotel you are booked into.  
• All hotels have airport transfer service for a fee of an average USD \$25 - \$40 per one-way.  It is important to confirm with each hotel.
• Attendees can work with their hotel concierge to arrange a taxi or shuttle pickup to travel to and from the hotel during the week.
• We will be reminding the hotels that ICLR is coming April 29 - May 6 and that attendees will need assistance in arranging transportation to and from the Kigali Convention Center.
