You must be a full time student in an accredited undergradue, masters or graduate program. You will be required to upload a digital version of your student ID at registration. Your student ID must be valid during the time of the conference.
When attending a physical conference you will need to present your student ID as you check in.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled before Apr 13, 2026, are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the respective credit card and may take up to 10 business process. To cancel a registration, please go to the Payment and Receipt section of your registration.
Registrations can be neither cancelled nor refunded after Apr 13, 2026 the cancellation deadline.
Visa information for physical or hybrid conferences
If your visa is denied before Apr 13, 2026, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. You may cancel and refund your registration in the Payment and Receipt section of your registration for a full refund.
If you applied for your visa before March 22, 2023, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response we will refund your registration fees. (Singapore visas usually take 3-5 working days as a processing time).
Refund requests must be received within one week after the close of the meeting with documents showing when you applied for your visa and the visa denial.
Registrations are not transferrable
